One star or less! Ordered a diehard Brand new battery for $ 300 to install, what I received a used junky battery to replace my dead one.
the installer didn't have the right tools to to do the job, he used my tools to unhook my dead battery.
After a lengthy argument on the phone I declined their service and made them take back the junky old battery.
lesson learnt, if you need battery service call AAA
