less than one star, bad service bait and switch tactic. I ordered a diehard new battery for a total of $300. to be delivered including installation. The installer brought a used battery which was useless. He didn't even have the right tools to work with, I had to lend him my tools to work with.
after a lengthy argument they hat to take it back the junky battery.
