The technician was excellent. The website - not so much. I put my make, model, and year in the website and ordered the battery. They arrived right on time to install it. However, it was the wrong battery. I had an 2018 Honda Accord HYBRID. The Hybrid did not show up on their website’s pick list, so I clicked Honda Accord. The batteries are different. The tech had to go back and get a different battery and come back. Again, he was excellent, but they need to update their website to include hybrids in the pick list.
