I purchased a battery online for 1800 battery and was able to schedule same day installment. The chat support was very helpful and responsive answering all of my questions. The technician Eldreek Whitaker arrived a few hours after I completed checkout. He was very helpful and professional. The battery was difficult to remove with it being secured in the trunk behind the panel, however Eldreek was patient and was able to get the job done. I had a great experience with 1800 battery and definitely recommend them.
