My 1.5-year-old battery died on a very hot day here in Texas and would not hold a charge. I originally purchased the battery from 1-800-battery and they immediately sent out a tech who verified the battery was defective and replaced it under warranty. Since I couldn't drive the car to them, coming to me was a life saver. The service and new battery were under warranty and free of charge. Also, let me mention that the technician was very professional and competent.
