A young man, Pat, was terrific at his job! Before arriving he had to drive several towns over to acquire the battery I had chosen. He was prompt, showed confidence in what he was doing, was very polite, and saved me a bunch of heartaches. If the rest of your service personnel are near as competent as this young man, you guys must be a Godsend to many.
