The online ordering system was super simple, it indicated when they would be at our home within two hours 11 minutes. The tech arrived early. My vehicle has several size batteries and the one he had did not fit properly so he promptly drove back and obtained just the right battery for my car, no extra charge! He installed it with ease, no small chore with a Mercedes Benz, took the old core, and my car works like a charm. I will use 800 battery and highly recommend it for good prices and convenience.
