The Technician, Jeremy Barton, did an excellent job replacing my battery. Was very professional with a good attitude. Went through and explained all the troubleshooting steps that needed to be performed, and was careful when removing the old battery and inserting the new one. Then performed some post-installation tests and was good to go. Also, did this mid-afternoon in 102-degree heat.
