This was a major disappointment, started out well but when it came to the allotted time it all fell apart. Jacob called and said that he had NO TECH'S available and most were out of the area. I waited most of the day and 15mins from the time of arrival I get the call. Now we will see if the refund is handled in a timely manner and correctly.
When my husband asked him if the installation could be done on my make and model he could'nt answer with certainty. He actually seemed unable to address the most simple question.
