I called for help at 11.30am for a battery replacement service.
On the service order I received and verbally told I was next in line for service aprox 2 hour wait time.
AFTER 4 hours waiting and aprox 300.00 investment tech showed up.
I called hourly to find out why the wait and was told that others were put in line ahead of me AFTER I called.
Had I known the results, I would have made a different decision.
BOO! Would not recommend your service!
