I experienced a error in scheduling
-On the site I booked for a set time on Saturday at 10 am.
-Yet somehow the company registered it as an "ASAP" order. So someone came on Friday night when I was not home.
So this caused extra work and confusion in messaging to reschedule.
Ultimately the issue was resolved and the technician successfully installed the battery, but the mis-scheduling was frustrating.
