Easy scheduling, tech showed up on time. He was super helpful and had me crank my car, which of course started right up. Then he offered to check both batteries (it’s a Benz). Said both were just fine. Then we had a discussion about how often I drive it and the recent high high heat that effects cranking power. Just had to pay for the service call. I could not be more satisfied, and won’t hesitate to use in the future.
