My battery died and I was told it would be a 3 hour eta. When the technician got there he said he didn’t have the right tool, gave me the battery a hotshot and said someone else would need to come put. Luckily I was able to get in touch with Walter in customer service who was my guardian angel. I just moved here 3 weeks ago and don’t no anyone in the area. I was afraid once I got him I wouldn’t have a charge again. He called me back at least 3 times with updates on when he could get someone back out. I made it home but the car died again. Walter told me he would have someone out first thing in the morning. He was so comforting Bc I’ve had the exact opposite experience with my movers. I’ve been here 3 weeks and still don’t have my belongings. A new technician came out at 9:30 am ( Solomon) this morning. He was great and got the battery in pretty quickly and I’m set to go.
