1. You were 3 hours late.
2. Tried to up charge me on the type of battery I required,
3. Did not give me a core discount.
4. Took the core.
I think your service sucks and next time I am stranded like this I will call a mobile mechanic and not get charged like this. I would not recommend your services to anyone.
