1 Day delay. No update. Had to call the technician by myself to get updates. Even 1800-battery was not able to contact the technician on their side. Only 1 person for all Kansas area and he decides his own priority.
The technician promised to come 3 times and always delayed further. On the phone, he was arguing that it was not his problem if he has other clients. Guess there are other service providers.
No discounts despite this issue. Next time I will rather ask a friend for a jump start and go to local stores/garages.
