I had to wait almost five hours for them to deliver the service although an initial wait time of two hours was indicated when I ordered.
No proactive notice was given, I had to call them three times before someone showed up finally. I felt this was a poor service.
Besides this, the battery was replaced within minutes and we could use the car again.
