The service repair went smoothly. I was not impressed by the lack of responsiveness of the system. I originally had scheduled appointment through the system on Saturday and did not receive any followup that it had to be moved to Monday since the dispatch couldn't coordinate a tech. I had to call in repeatedly to customer service myself to find out (not once did they send advanced notice). So the repair job & tech were 5/5, but the dispatch and customer service throughput brought it down to 3/5.
