In terms of ordering a battery and scheduling an installation, the site is great. When it comes to execution, things kind of fall apart. The site says you will receive an email throughout each stage in the process. I did not receive an email until after the battery was installed. My installation window was between 6pm and 7pm, but as of 6pm I still hadn't heard anything. No status change. Customer service was unnervingly informal (i.e. "hello?" was how they answered). I was told they'd definitely be there by 7pm. They weren't there at 7pm. Nor 7:30pm. Nor 8pm. They finally got here at 8:15pm. Customer service provided me no confidence.
