The technician was amazing! The customer service and trying to reach someone from 1800 Battery was terrible. I started to think this was a fraudulent website and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Just because of the stress of trying to reach someone and not getting a response; I will not be using this service again.
I attempted to call (then used the texting option), and live chat. All three mediums of communication went unanswered.
