Excellent prices (I compared multiple sources), and technician was excellent.
My only complaint is wishing there had been more updates throughout the process: I ordered a battery to be delivered and installed on site, and after placing the order, there was no further communication until five minutes before the technician arrived. The time estimated for delivery (when placing the order) was within two hours, and instead it was over four hours later. Not a problem, and things happen to delay scheduled things all the time - that I understand. Just wish, if there was a delay, that I’d been updated so I could plan to accommodate it, instead of hearing nothing for hours and then scrambling my schedule with ten minutes’ notice.
Still, overall a good experience (the technician especially was pleasant, professional, and very detail-oriented). And given that my battery died in a parking lot, I do feel lucky to have found a local service that could respond - especially with competitive prices on the battery itself and on the remote fee for install.
Have to recommend.
