I was promised and scheduled same day service to replace a dead car battery. However, after confirming the appointment, I was called (from a
Personal cellphone, not a company phone number) and and told that the service would not happen until the next day. Unacceptable! Then, trying to cancel the order proved very difficult. I am unimportant.
