Great service. My car battery died in my garage at noon on a Friday with no way to move the truck since it was in Park. I called the 800 number and they arranged for a technician (independent contractor) to come out at 6 pm that day. He arrived on time, identified himself, brought the battery and a full set of tools and 30 minutes later I had a new Duralast Platinum battery installed. Sure the price is a bit high, but my local Ford dealer couldn’t help me until 3 days out and I avoided a lot of hassle. My experience was about as good as it gets. Highly recommend this service.
