The service was great. The service person showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem with the old battery and exchanged it for the new one in just a few minutes.
The problem I have is that I ordered and paid for the top end DieHard battery, but a Duralast battery, which seems far less expensive than the DieHard online, was installed instead, but I was still charged the price for the DieHard. I will actively discourage other people from using your company for this reason.
