Hi,
The battery replacement was quickly done. But one thing that I was perturbed was the re-programming needed for new battery for my Audi Q5 so that new battery is not over-charged was not known to the technician. I requested him multiple times to take care, but he said that if battery is already working and there is no prompt thrown on the car dashboard, nothing to worry. Hopefully he is right, because, if he isn’t, then the battery will die soon and I will have to call you guys to replace again being in warranty
