My experience with 1-800 battery was very disappointing. I placed my order online on dec 23 at 11:20 am. I said I needed a battery ASAP. I was charged $414 on my visa and I was told my battery would arrive in 3 hours and 3 minutes. 4 hours later i had no battery and my car was stuck in the middle of the road. I tried to call 1-800 battery and i got a recording that kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes but no one came to the phone. I tried their chat online. They asked for my name and what was my question. I gave my name and asked about the status of my order, they responded: "someone will be with you shortly" .but 25 minutes later no one responded By 5 pm when my battery still had not arrived I had the car towed to an advanced auto parts. Later that night i received a call after dark saying " we are here with your battery. I told them they were too late.
Now I received another email from 1800 battery stating that "Your total order is now $99. I do not know what that means I am still waiting to see if they are going to credit my visa for the full $414 . I have notified visa of this problem.
