Well, the installation of my BMW battery wasn't performed correctly, leaving one wire disconnected and causing indicator lights on my dash to go off requiring me to contact alternative mechanics and get access to a specialized computer to reset it. Three calls to customer service and they promised to get back to me about a potential concession and never did. Very disappointing. I'd recommend you go elsewhere for your battery needs based on my experience.
