Worked out much better than expected. Ordered online - pretty easy. They provided timely (next-day) delivery and installation at my home. Tech arrived on time and installed a new battery without a hitch.
Not a service you want to use - i.e. dead battery, car not working - but if you have to - I would highly recommend this service.
