My technician was late and it initially showed that the visit had been completed even though he had not arrived. I freaked out and then saw multiple messages online that said the company was a fraud. I was terrified as I had work the next day and did not have a suitable back up plan. Luckily, my technician did show up later (i texted and called the company) and replaced my battery. Car is running fine 2 weeks later without issue.
