It was great! We live in Minnesota so needless to say love the idea of this service. I decided to take a chance on them. I booked online between 2 and 4 PM the same day, I got a text at 2:20 saying my technician Sammie was on his way. I could track him. He called me to let me know he was close. Sammie was great! He took out the old battery, put in the new battery and had me turn the car on to make sure we were in business. By 3:15 my car running! No tow was needed. Thank you!
