It's ridiculous that your website allows appointments for times that you don't accept. At 2, I made an appointment for 6 that day. No one contacted me to let me know that the appointment would not be honored. When I called at 7, you kept me on hold for an hour and never answered.
That being said, when the appointment was rescheduled it was honored punctually and my car was serviced satisfactorily. So you avoid one star.
