They missed the installation window and there was no communication. The online chat feature asked me for the order number and then silence, never got back to me. Finally got them on the phone and they said they would be here the next morning, but again, didn't show up. More calls and they finally came but with a different battery than the one I bought.
I'm handicapped and grateful for this service but it was a terrible hassle, and very unprofessional.
