We have given an "acceptable" rating only because they did not come on the day confirmed and they did not call to inform us of a date change. We spent five hours just waiting for the battery technician to come. There was no phone call to let us know of a date change.
They came the next day and installed a new battery. All fine and good, but we wasted the day before waiting for them to come and they never did.
