The technician who performed the service was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable.
I do, however, have an issue with what felt like an upsell after I had already spent $300 initially on the battery the website for the battery suggested for my vehicle.
An hour later, while stranded, which was obvious, I received a call saying I needed to spend another $120 on the "correct" battery and they were aware the website needed to be fixed ASAP.
I felt trapped into saying yes and overall wouldn't recommend the service as a result.
