Even though there was a hiccup on the first attempt to bring my new battery, the technician handled it like a pro. After he returned to get the correct battery, I received a call asking if the technician could come in the morning, and I said no problem. The technician took it upon himself to bring it that night and performed the installation expertly. Your questions on time for delivery do not give same day as an option new battery was installed the same day I ordered it.
