I waited 2 hours then got on chat to see how much longer it would be. I then found out that they could not come out for 2 days!! When I asked for ASAP service I assumed it would be 3-4 hours not days!
No one even reached out to let me know it could not be done today. Took my cc number as well. Wasted my only day off.
