At 2pm there were no other appointments for a battery replacement for same day so I chose an appointment for the following day at 8am. The following morning, no showed up. No calls, no email updates. I had to reach out to customer service. By 11am they finally responded and said the earliest they could get someone out to my house was 5pm to replace the car battery. There shouldn’t be available appointments online at 8 am when there is no one available until 5pm.
