I am a 1st time customer. I had to call twice just to make sure I would still receive service. The Tech didn't give me time to come outside and was blowing his horn like he was at a friend's house. He had no rags , lubricant or anything. Acted like he was in a hurry after I waited until 5:30pm to get services from a 9:00am call. Missed an entire day of work and was given a brand of battery that I am still waiting on the specs for because it is not a DieHard as I was told. I was disappointed with the service and no one communicated with me about any changes. Maybe I was expecting to much. Thanks for the experience!
