It’s frustrating when your battery fails! I reached out to 1-800-Battery and had a new battery installed by a knowledgeable tech before the sun set. I was notified when they were on their way, and was sent tracking information to follow his progress. Christopher was amazing, and quickly tested and discussed next best steps with me. Battery replaced, and took my old one off for recycle. Quick, easy … and done. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
