The eta of my service order was horrible. The eta’s I received went from 1:30 to 2:30 to 3:30 to 4:30 to 6:30 to 7:30 and finally showed up at 8:00.
When he arrived, the Tech (Eric) was great.
I was told all kinds of things as to why they were delayed such as two flat tires, gps not working and problems at the warehouse.
