The installer sent an email saying he was 10 mins away. 2 hrs later he showed up. Installed the batteries then closed the hood and proceeded to drag the old battery across the hood. Big scratches across my hood. This Jeep had NO SCRATCHES before this. I will absolutely not recommend this service if this is the type of care they display for a customer’s vehicle. I will be posting reviews online about my experience.
