Although I paid more than I wanted to for the battery, the service I received, made it well worth it. I was kept informed, by text, of the tech's ETA, how far away they were and when they'd arrived. Brandon was very friendly, but professional; very astute, but efficient and he was easy to converse with andand he made me laugh. If, in the future, I'm ever in need of another battery, I can honestly say I'd use your service... just hope Brandon will still be around.
