Overall great experience! Was able to get my battery replaced without leaving home about 4 hours after I realized it was dead. I was kind of sketched out and worried that this was going to be a scam, but first I was able to pay w affirm which let me split the payment over 3 months without any interest, which was a huge help. And then without having to do anything else, i got email updates and my tech showed up! He was super super nice and professional, got everything switched out within like 5 minutes. Highly recommend
