The service technician was wonderful (Doc Brown’s) he arrived on time and assessed my battery situation. He determined I didn’t need a new battery, since it was only 1 yr old but just a jump, which he did and I’ve not had any trouble since then.
The problem came when he submitted his claim as only a jump start for $100. I had already prepaid via my credit card for a new battery $311 and he told me that I would need to follow up with the company to make sure I got my $211 credit. I have contacted the company several times but still have not received my credit 3 weeks later. Unfortunately I’m having to get my lawyer involved to try and rectify the problem.
