I had zero issues getting my battery replaced. The tech was quick to arrive, the battery, given the vehicle took some time, but this is in no way reflective of the service, just my car took longer. The full process from end-to-end took two hours on a Saturday. I cannot complain one bit, saved me half the price from the dealership and the car is up and running with zero issues. Would refer/use again, if needed.
