An initial appointment was missed, as an upgrade was needed not identified by cross-reference to the specific vehicle. Tech was directed to a different address, causing him to miss his window by about an hour.
The battery required a pairing/registration process that was noted by this customer in the initial contact, and then upon approving the upgrade, with a clear understanding this would be included in the grand total. Tech wanted to collect an additional fee on-site for the pairing. This additional fee was not paid. Beware of extra fees. Tech was courteous and professional. The Customer service representative was also courteous but seemed frustrated by the 1-800 corporate process.
