The first battery the installer had picked up from the warehouse was dead.He was told this happens 10 times out of a hundred-asked to have the second battery tested before leaving,they said we don't do that. If it wasn't for the young man installing the second battery efficiently and being very polite and apologizing I would have lost my mind.All this took several hours,hopefully the installed was compensated.
