I loved that they came to my house, and I had the option for a new battery which ended up being needed. They provide two-hour windows, but text you when they are on the way as well as when about to arrive; you can also follow the progress of the driver's approach online. This minimized the disruption to my daily routine. The whole job was finished in under an hour even though my car was parked awkwardly to access the battery which already had a weird placement under the passenger seat (of a fully packed car!). The driver was very professional and friendly!
