The service technician was great, but that was the only thing good about my experience. I did not end up needing the battery so the $359 invoice was changed to $99. I am STILL waiting for a refund from 12/22/23 and am getting absolutely no response from your company. As of right now I would not recommend you or post a positive review of your service. It may not matter to some people, but I can not afford to waste that much money for nothing. I really wanted to put up a good review for the tech, but do not feel I can do that after losing $260.
