Very easy online to pick a battery and schedule service. An excellent technician showed up at my house within 4 hours, and completed the complex job of removing and reinstalling a lot of plastic in the engine compartment to access the battery. And, the car required computer synch with the new battery, which the technician easily accomplished. Great job done fast.
