When I placed my order, the window I selected was 8-10 am. The battery didn't get installed until after that window but it was not the fault of the installer. There seems to be some integration issues between Affirm and 1800 battery. Also there was a lag in customer service responding to my inquiry. Once dispatched, the installer did a great job and was very efficient.
